I've had a lot of issues in the past with routers that don't have a toggle for SIP ALG when trying to use a VOIP softphone app or using a VOIP phone with a wired connection to the router. I'm returning the TP-Link OnHub for that very reason. I was happy with the speed and connectivity, but my work phones were unusable and I couldn't disable SIP ALG.
